Holman’s AppleJack Black distilled
Holman’s Applejack Black label is 102 proof and aged 2 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Unique apple based spirit with whisky/bourbon up front and all apple on the finish. Drink neat/rocks or with sweet vermouth and cherries for a Mountain Manhattan. Very limited 515 bottles produced.

Holman’s AppleJack white distilled
Unaged white apple brandy made from only 2 ingredients - apples and yeast. Distilled to 188 proof and diluted with pure NC mountain water to 80 proof. Drink on the rocks or makes a great vodka substitute - and it’s naturally gluten free.
